We conduct electrical arc flash study which gives the momentary and interruptingduties on each fault bus shown on the one-line diagram. A computer model has been usedto sequentially place a bolted three-phase fault at each of the selected locations andperform accurate calculations of total fault current available at each location as well asthe contribution from each adjacent bus.The short circuit program’s evaluation of protective devices within the scope of thisstudy will be analysed for interrupting ability by comparing their interrupting rating withthe maximum interrupting duty as determined from the calculations.

We use this component to assess risk within the organization as it relates to the environment or health and safety of people that enables to comply with regulations and gain a comprehensive insight into the situations that involve risk. Risk assessment provides an understanding of risks, their causes, consequences, and probabilities.

We provide the customized service of Incident analysis by applying established model of conducting root cause and failure analysis to any organisation to identify, analyse, and correct hazards to prevent a future re-occurrence.

  • Business continuity planning (or business continuity and resiliency planning) is the process of creating systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to a company.
  • Disaster recovery (DR) involves a set of policies and procedures to enable the recovery or continuation of vital technology infrastructure and systems following a natural or human-induced disaster.
  • Business impact analysis (BIA) is a systematic process to determine and evaluate the potential effects of an interruption to critical business operations as a result of a disaster, accident or emergency.

It all begins with the strategy. Most organizations have a strategic business plan or at least a vision for the future, in which certain results will have been accomplished in order to assure the success and profitability of the organization. These results may be quantitative or qualitative. SWOT analysis is a good framework to understand any organization and by understanding the results of SWOT analysis, an organization can build unique responses to better use of strengths, shore up the weaknesses, capitalize on the opportunities and avoid or minimize the threats.

With an ERM approach, ALL risks irrespective of whether they have been addressed earlier or not, are collated into a total risk profile. Given the infinite number of potential risks, organizations need a way to compile and catalogue these risks into a profile that is understandable and reasonable in scope. Prioritizing risks enables the organization to rank risks on the basis of timeframe, frequency, intensity and impact severity.

It is key to establish a context within which to set the risk identification process. The following are two methods of looking for risks: the Functional Risk Deduction [FRD] method and Dynamic Risk Deduction [DRD method. Each enables a comprehensive means of identifying risks by looking at risk from major vantage points.

A common approach to risk mitigation is to develop and implement a control. Most business leaders will not deny the importance of controls. But in reality, the people an organization depends upon to carry out controls often resist the controls. If ERM is to be integral to an organization’s culture, a better approach to simplify implementing controls is to determine how the business processes underlying the risk can be enhanced or modified to address that risk.

There are many benefits of risk measurement. Some of these are: reduction in number of claims, reduction in the cost of claims, reduction in the number of suits, reduction in the cost of insurance, reduction in the total cost of risk, avoidance of fines and penalties, improved response time to, and less downtime from, crisis and catastrophes. The primary benefit of risk measurement is for the organization stakeholders.

Today’s business depends entirely on data / information. Most of these data are generated outside the business premise, in the market that the organization operates in. Business strategies are based on these data and only the correct information from the market will highlight the position of the business vis-à-vis competition. We provide resources on the field for Data Collection for all your marketing, logistics and other short-term or long-term needs.

A huge amount of data only becomes meaningful if they are analysed and converted into business sense. The data that we collect are analysed and submitted in meaningful graphs and pie –charts so that business leaders may take the right decisions at the right time. This analytical information is provided quickly so as to reduce risks& losses and improve on the revenue.
